My sincere apologies (again) for such a long hiatus! Things have been crazy & life has been going a light speed!
To get back on track, I want YOU to think about something - - -
"Why are you here?"
I'm not talking about why you're here on this website, but why you are here in this world! What is your purpose? We have all been created for a purpose.
First - - we were created to love and serve God. And after this, to love and serve our neighbor, our fellow man.
Albert Einstein was quoted in saying:
"Only a life lived for others is a life worthwhile."
But how do we find our purpose?
It starts with prayer, followed by listening. Listening to God with all of our senses, not just our ears, but with our whole self. I believe that by truly listening in this manner AND being open to God's calling and His will, that we can find the answer to our WHY.

Bloom Where You're Planted
We cannot always control our situation or circumstances however, we CAN determine HOW we respond to those situations or circumstances.
God has blessed us all with reason and a plethora of talents many of which we may not be aware. Using our reason combined with our God-given talents in communion with the Theological & Cardinal Virtues of Faith, Hope, Love, Prudence, Fortitude, Justice, and Temperance, we CAN become what God has planned for us & for our lives.
We need only spend time in quiet solitude in order to hear His voice in the inner most recesses of our hearts!
Fulfilling Your Destiny
How much thought have you given to the REASON for you being here? Your being here on Earth at this point in time? God has imprinted on us at the moment of our existence, a blueprint of what we are to do & become. It is hidden in the deepest recesses of our heart, where He exists. He is patiently waiting for us to come to converse with Him for Him to share His plans for us in our lives.
Too many times, we try to "find ourselves" or go searching our purpose in life in our external world only to become frustrated and disappointed when we "just can't find our calling!"
God is always calling us, we just have too much noise surrounding us for us to hear Him. IN order to "quiet the noise" we need ro remove ourselves from all the distractions that the world throws at is keeping us from hearing God's voice inside. It is an ever so small whisper.
Quiet yourself to hear Him & He will guid you to the fulfillment of your purpose.
Put On The Armor of God!
In case you had not noticed, we are in an EPIC BATTLE! A battle in which your eternal salvation is at stake!
My question to you then is this - - - "Are you prepared for battle?"
It is more than just donning the armor. It means we need to be prepared & trained to FIGHT! We are past the point of just "sitting on the bench of life" watching ourselves, our loved ones, our friends & colleagues & our world be over-run by Satan & his evil minions right under our noses!
Satan's stealth is just that - - so sneaky & subtle, that we don't even notice. It is the Boiled Frog Syndrome.
The price of inaction is eternal damnation!
We must not only put on the Armor of God, but be well trained in how to use the weapons given to us. The (6) pieces of armor are spelled out in Ephesians 6:14-16. They are:
- The Belt of Truth.
- The Breastplate of Righteousness.
- Feet fitted with the Gospel of Peace.
- The Shield of Faith.
- The Helmet of Salvation.
- The Sword of the Spirit – The Word of God.
Learning how to use these pieces of armor are essential in winning the battle.
God has destined us to be Spiritual Warriors in His Army.
THIS is your calling,
THIS is your destiny!
